Raquel Neidhold

After graduating from University of Wisconsin with a Psychology degree, Raquel immediately went to work for Raven Software in Madison as their office manager, where she was first exposed to the world of technology. She always wanted to live in California and moved to San Francisco, where she combined her interests in the tech world with her background in psychology and became an IT Recruiter. She moved to Los Angeles three years later and joined the IT recruiting firm, Technical Connections in West Los Angeles. After a few years recruiting in Los Angeles, she went back to school and obtained her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a team supervisor at Pacific Clinics, a Los Angeles Department of Mental Health Contractor. At KLEAN Treatment Centers, she drew upon her clinical background and interest in technology once again and served as their first EHR Systems Administrator and led the conversion of paper charts to electronic medical records and provided quality assurance of clinical documentation within the EHR system. She has come full-circle and joined Fetch Recruiting, teaming up with former colleagues from her first job in Los Angeles. She is also passionate about animals, especially cats, and has helped coordinate neutering/spaying and care of feral cats in her neighborhood. She also loves photography and enjoys capturing the images of urban landscape of Los Angeles.
