Raquel R. Robinson

Specializing in organizational performance improvement and capacity building, Raquel R. Robinson has over 20 years of executive non-profit and higher education leaderships. She has served effectively as executive director, chief operating officer and development director at nonprofits and universities in Indiana, New York and Michigan. Among her strengths are helping organizations think and plan strategically to meet their mission, strengthen infrastructures and increase capacity to serve their stakeholders efficiently and effectively. Accompanying a broad experience base in youth development, grants and contracts, philanthropy and program management, Robinson also holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from Purdue University both in communications. Additionally, she earned a master’s in education focused on Human Performance Improvement and Training from Wayne State University. To further support the organization’s she serves in their efforts to raise funds, Raquel has completed courses at The Fund Raising School at Indiana University’s School of Philanthropy.Trained as an executive and personal coach with the Coach’s Training Institute, Raquel’s passion for transformation through performance improvement strategies go beyond helping organizations. As an entrepreneur, she is the co-founder of Making a Change LLC Coaching and Consulting where she works with individuals and groups to close the gap between present and ideal performance.
