• Generate, inspect and distribute Proformas to assigned Partners, Associates as well as administrative staff. • Review and edit Proformas as requested by Attorneys. Perform final review of bills for grammatical, mathematical and narrative errors.• Submit bills in either LEDES files for electronic billing systems or as requested by client. For all emailed and paper invoices, draft and issue a cover letter.• Maintain detailed records of client billing guidelines, discuss expectations with new associates to ensure they are following guidelines to reduce reductions taken on electronically billed invoices.• Contact new clients and discuss invoice submission preferences, discuss outstanding invoices, and contact clients in response to inquiries, audits, and other concerns.• Specifically assigned to Employment & Labor, Patent and Municipal Utility District teams.
