Rasika Thombre

I am a graduate student in the M.S.E program at the Johns Hopkins University specializing in medical devices and imaging. As a biomedical engineer, my interests lie in medical equipment development, imaging, and healthcare consulting. My past core work areas included medical equipment planning, procurement, medical planning, and carrying out market assessment studies for greenfield hospital projects. I have received a diploma in German language from the Mumbai University and pursued certificate courses on various learning platforms. The technical backing of an internship at a leading medical device company and my undergraduate degree allows me to work in unison and adapt to roles where technical expertise/understanding is requiredThe overall continuous learning experience adds value and develops me into a professional. I express myself as a keen learner & listener, a good team player, and an honest human being. My future objectives include working actively to promote uniform spread of medical technology, in turn, improving healthcare.
