I am an enthusiastic and self-motivated Registered Nurse. I am passionate about delivering quality care maintaining professionalism and have high work ethics. My teaching experience in Nepal has enabled my time planning skills, flexibility, problem-solving abilities, creativity, and self-expression. I am a purpose-driven and goal- oriented patient advocate and therefore utilise my critical thinking skills and evidence-based practice to enhance safety and comfort to provide person-centred and therapeutic care to my patients as per National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. I have an excellent communication skill of active listening, showing empathy, open mindedness, and non-judgemental attitude that I am praised of when I am with my friends or clients.
