Passion is what drives me. The passion of taking care of people and taking care of their loved ones (their Pets), the passion of overcoming challenges, the passion of leading a team to become something greater as a unit. Banfield has given me this opportunity over the past several years everyday. The leadership, training, self development and professional relationships I've built has helped me to do my job. Being a part of several seminars, training programs, working as a Field Trainer, ( Facilitating the ExCEED program, and P4PC), has inspired me to do better, to do more and to continue growing as a person and as a professional in this successful company. I look forward to taking on new challenges and new roles that may come my way. By the end of this year, I hope to establish an efficient and productive team of developed associates in my current hospital and exceed all of our current goals to allow me to venture out to new opportunities as they arise.
