Over 13 years of Sales experience, and currently in management. Sales were primarily in New Home Construction where I had received numerous accolades for surpassing goal, and for customer service satisfaction. As a community manager also, we had to strategize marketing our products and neighborhoods via grassroots, digital and social media marketing. Our neighborhoods became our franchise so we had to manage them. From the construction manager and meetings we held, updates were essential. Managing people or buyers was something we undertook in order for the closings to happen. This process shaped the thought process to advise and assist buyers to complete the transaction. Currently a manager for a business handling operations, job-sites, and sales of our services.
