Work Profile: Responsible for: - * Perform piping stress analysis for critical lines like Boiler Startup System, Main Steam, Cold reheat, Hot reheat, Feedwater with in Boiler Building and Boiler integral piping using CAESAR II and Rohr II. * Performing Swing analysis for Superheater and Reheater pendants in Boiler furnace. * Sizing and selection of Safety valves and vent stack for safety valve discharge. * Review seismic analysis and wind analysis for piping system. * Prepare and Review Spring Hanger, and Cold Support and standard support. * Prepare piping material specification and requisition and perform piping wall thickness calculation using IBR and ASME code. * Prepare standard pipe support, trunnion design and calculation and review piping isometric prior to Issue for construction. * Loading data calculation of the pipes at structure. * Reviewing of manufacturing drawings for the code compliance, fouling, and miss outs. * Reviewing the isometric piping dwgs. For any fouling, code compliance. * Reviewing of P& ID diagram in concern of Piping.
