I’m an experienced professional with over 11 yrs of experience in the field of retirement/pension and employee benefits. With a strong inclination towards consulting; I have taken on numerous roles in my career. I started my career in Benefits Administration which led to a successful stint at one of the Big 4 firm in EB compliance and Tax advisory services for their global clients. After around 3 yrs in EB compliance; I was hired to establish the benefits outsourcing division for one the world’s premier actuarial consulting firm. I was their 1st EB hire outside US and was able to grow the team to over 30 employees within a span of 36 months billing nearly USD 2.5 million. I was fortunate that when Milliman decided to venture into providing retirement actuarial consulting and advisory services in India and nearby regions; they offered me the role of marketing, business development and sales. This role came with its own set of unique challenges. I had to develop marketing plans, give presentations to CXO levels, create intellectual capital in terms of reports, studies, marketing campaigns etc. To highlight our capabilities and services in the retirement domain. I worked as a part of pan-Asia team with sole marketing and sales responsibility of South Asia and nearby countries. At American Express, I specialize in benefit programs ranging from retirement benefits like PF Trust management to Trustee's fiduciary compliance. In H&W space I leverage my experience in insurance renewals & global offerings like HRA, EAP etc. I also assist in developing regional benefits benchmarking & compliance dashboards & programs.
