Onshore LNG, FLNG, Oil and Gas Processing, Refining and Petrochemical Processing, Water treatment etc. Experience has been gained in concept engineering, front end and detailed design of both onshore and offshore facilities. Good knowledge of process, process safety, piping, pipeline, instrumentation and control, rotating and static equipment, electrical and civil engineering. Key areas of experience and responsibilities include:- Leading a team of multi discipline engineers- Leading and managing a team of process engineers- Managing EPC contractors, Engineering consultancies, Licensors and suppliers- Experience of working with both EPC Contractor and Operating Company- Participation in corporate or group technical committees, regulatory bodies and local administration meetings.- Preparation of department budget, milestones, task force, KPIs and auditing procedures. - Design experience gained on major EPC projects- Leading and performing Conceptual studies for both new and existing production facilities- Leading and performing FEED and detailed engineering of major projects- Preparation of MDRs and work scope for Contractors and Suppliers- Technical and commercial bid evaluation of Contractors, Licensors, Suppliers and Sub-contractors- Participation in PEER and Cold Reviews, Technical Committees, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, SIMOPS, Constructability reviews, Bowtie analysis etc.- Extensive use of commercial process simulation packages (PRO-II, HYSYS) and hydraulic simulation packages (PIPEPHASE, PIPESIM and FLARENET) and working knowledge of Dynamic Simulation Software OLGA.- Experience of working in an ISO 9001 certified office environment and in ensuring that the quality requirements are met- Experience of working in multinational environment and in various countries e.g. U.K. (London), Spain (Madrid), France (Paris), Algiers and Adrar (Algeria), UAE, Iraq and India- Coordination of site work between different engineering disciplines, and Construction, Procurement, Project Control, Expediting, Quality Control and HSE Departments- Good knowledge of reservoir engineering, well production optimization and drilling methods
