OBJECTIVE: To acquire a leadership role within an organization that allows for creative thinking, flexibility and provides the authority to effectively lead.SUMMARY:With over 30 + years in the Technical information industry working as a consultant ,as well as an employee in various industries such as: Government (City, State and federal as well as defense) , Aerospace, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Insurance Industries. The focus of my Leadership position in the past 12+ years have been on building a highly effective Programming organization of as many as 20 employees along with up to 13 contractors from the ground up by the hiring properly skilled staff, developing their capabilities, guiding and supporting their career development in alignment with the business needs and vision. My leadership capability have not been limited to developing an effective staff, but has also included the partnering and influencing of non- programming functions to establish a more effect working relationship across functions. I have collaborated with, and led global cross functional teams to create company SOP, OPI’s, and process development as the Global Process manager. I have been a major contributor to many strategic initiatives such as, but not limited to: outsourcing strategies, Organization structure changes, Cross functional collaboration, Major FDA drug submissions, Technical solution tools development, Recruitment and contractual agreements. My strong points are my global communications skills, global collaboration skills, organizational skills, influencing skills, employee development and motivational skills as well as technical and clinical knowledge.Specialties: Global Team and project Leadership, Project management, Staff Leadership, Applications development, Global Clinical trials.
