Raymond Bott

Raymond has extensive experience providing construction cost management worldwide. He has almost twenty years of experience on a large range of projects from single family residential to high-rise office and large institutional projects. Raymond trained as a quantity surveyor in South Africa before working for some of the largest cost consulting companies in the world. Raymond gained experience working in Asia and Africa before settling in North America most recently as a director in the Vancouver office of Axiom Cost Consulting. Raymond has led teams on many types of projects including a fulltime three year commitment to The Bow Office tower in Calgary (approximately 2 million sf of office space). Raymond has in depth knowledge of the construction market in Western Canada and specializes in providing clients with early stage design and cost advice ensuring maximum value is achieved.
