Team development for lasting results for the individual, the team and the business As an organisation, you don’t just start with team development. There is always an underlying reason: • Business development: The performance needs to increase, marketing and sales have to be more effective or the efficiency of a team needs to be improved. • Cultural change: back to the roots. People need to be proud again about themselves and the organisation they are part of. Bringing the soul back into the organisation is what it is all about. People need to feel happy again and proud of their team. • Vision and Strategy development: in order to effectively innovate and change within the organisation or for organisations and their customers. When new teams have to be created or teams need to be merged together. My personal drive when I work with teams is to enhance the self-reliance and self-correcting capabilities with inspiring results as a consequence. I stand for creative, practical approach where I see the team not as a group of individuals but as a whole. When I work with a team I work towards a clear vision. As the Chesire Cat says: “If you don’t know where you are going it doesn’t matter which direction you take”. These are never average approaches. In a playful, creative and yet at the same time profound way I bring the creativity to live within a team. People and teams are being reconnected with their core, their strengths. The effect of this is long lasting and doesn’t stick for just a few months.
