Currently leading the service transition and integration team in Asia Pacific. Prior to that, I led the network operations data team. The current team is overseeing the IT infrastructure design and implementation project across the whole Asia Pacific. Moreover, the scope of my responsibility includes incident management, change management, capacity planning, vendor management, project management, financial management, risk management and compliance management to ensure good time to market, operations stability, good customer satisfaction as well as good financials. Furthermore, I participate into audit and compliance exercise to ensure the IT services and operations complying the audit and regulatory requirement as well as minimizing the operational risk. Also, I get involved in process enhancement program to streamline the process, so that it would enhance the productivity and efficiency and I am innovative to derive different kinds of methodology and deliverable that can enhance the IT engineering and operations efficiency.
