Raymond Steele

As I grew older I realized I was not going be a professional football player. And with that realization I decided it was time to a skill set that I loved just as much as football player. I sought out many different career fields and I found my home in the field of Business Administration. It gave me the same sense of teamwork and the feeling of challenging yourself everyday which drives me as a person. I’ve spent the past 3 years of my life studying and working in lower level management. I can say that it’s been incredible experience. I get just as excited now as the first day walking into entrepreneurship and knowing the feel of this wanted I want to do for the rest of my life. Working with different people to achieve various goal motivates me day in and day out to strive to be my best. I focus on sharpening my skills and using my passion to help other people in ever day life. Even if it’s a small task such as helping a person carry groceries to their front porch or giving a friend a compliment when they are having a rough day. Nothing is more important to me then helping better the people around me or the organization which I work for.
