He is a former mortgage professional with over 6 years experience in real estate finance in conventional, FHA, VA, Hard Money, Home Equity Management, and Mortgage Planning. He holds a bachelors degree from San Diego State University and is certified as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Specialist. He also specializes in the marketing of distressed properties. He provides services to both short sales and REO properties. The services he provides to REO properties are BPO's, CFK, lockouts, clean outs, weekly occupancy checks, repairs, and marketing. He understands the urgency for banks to dispose of these properties so he makes sure that properties are priced aggressively yet at a price that will help investors net the highest. In 2021, Eliseo Cisneros helped 80 families buy and sell real estate with his wife and partner Carmen Vasquez-Cisneros. Together they earned the prestigious Titan Club and ranked in the 1.5% in the nation for real estate sales in Real Trends and America’s Best. He is involved with several professional non profit organizations such as Ventura County Coastal Young Professional Network where he serves as a board member. He is an active member with LULAC. He served as a Board of Directors for NAHREP-VC 2007-2009. Eliseo is fluent in both English and Spanish.
