Coached for a local synchronized swimming team for 5 years. This included cutting music for routines, choreography, swimsuit design, and national travel to swim meets. Worked as a behavior specialist for a middle school for 3 years. I was directly supervised by a BCBA, and assisted with creating and implementing behavior plans. This role was semi-supervisory, as I assisted with staff training and monitoring for treatment integrity. Worked as a mental health associate in a mental health inpatient facility. I assist the nurses with maintaining patient safety while on the unit, I conduct therapeutic groups, and assist with patient transportation to the main hospital as well as within the facility. Worked as a behavior specialist for an adult residential facility for adults with mental and physical disabilities. Assisted with creating data sheets, collecting data, staff training, and conducting behavior drills (treatment integrity checks). Attended case management and psychiatric medication monitoring meetings. Obtained my Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BCBA)
