I am a professional, innovative and hardworking individual with a passion to exceed expectations. Dealing with challenging clients and candidates has allowed me to develop my diplomatic skills whilst remaining calm and approachable. Working to tight schedules often means balancing multiple overlapping tasks, while still regularly achieving personal and business objectives. I have experience of training previous colleagues on networking, searching, and communicating. I have coached and mentored new staff within my team during their first 3 months. I have 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy & client relations; where I combined my technical knowledge gained through my BSc degree, and my new professional skills developed within my employment. I am now embarking on a new challenge purely focussing on interviewing persons using competency based questions as well as experience & skill questions.
