As a doctorally prepared Nurse Practitioner, I am committed to expert practice in leadership as well as a clinical role that promotes high-quality care through the application of evidence-based medical practices. Compassion and empathy collide with best practice approaches to foster an environment where patients are treated as holistic individuals. My recently I joined University Cancer & Blood Center as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP/NP-C) serving oncology and hematology patients. Previously I worked in Emergency Medicine as an APP for 5 years, providing emergent and urgent care to a variety of patients. My goals of care encompass health promotion, wellness, disease management and treatment to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
