I am passionate about being at the coal face with the teams and visit the branches every week. I love what I do and encourage the teams to feel the way I do about their jobs. I coach, support and help the teams to understand the why behind the things we need to do so they themselves can see the value in doing it and understand how we build strong businesses and engaged teams.
