Rebecca Lunt

As a fairly recent business administration graduate, I am now taking on the challenge of majoring in statistics with the goal of becoming an actuary. Getting out of my comfort zone of business and diving into intense mathematics will prove to be difficult, but I believe that I am going down the correct path for my life. Pursuing a career in math has been a dream of mine since a young age, but I never truly considered it until I discovered the field of actuaries in 2015. I will have to work extremely hard to catch up with the math requirements, but I am up for the challenge. This dream is slowly becoming a reality, one course at a time. I look forward to gaining knowledge and experience in the field, as well as expanding my skills and my network.
