Rebecca Lynch

After graduating from the Open University in 2018 with a First-Class, BA (Honours) International Studies, I built my experience working overseas and developed my mentoring and teaching skills as a Camp Counsellor in the USA for a summer and then through spending eight months in China where I taught English with EF Education First. Upon returning to the UK, I expanded my training and coaching experience by working for the DWP as a Learning Delivery Officer and then a Work Coach. I have taken the skills from the past few years and applied them to my latest role in learning and delivery, as an Employability Trainer with ENABLE Works. Always open to a new challenge or opportunity, I have recently began studying towards a CIPD Level 5 in Organisational Learning and Development. I reflect my proactive approach towards learning and development in my work by expanding my own abilities whilst helping others achieve their goals through training delivery, working together to achieve outcomes, and assisting with ongoing projects.
