Rebecka Arneson

Hey, I’m Rebecka Arneson but please call me Becka, I’m an experienced production supervisor with 12 years experience in the food manufacturing industry and 6 of that being in a supervisory role. I take pride in maintaining product flow and ensure plant personal are successfully completing their expected duties and I am there to assist and provide guidance as needed to any individual who needs it. I am committed to driving continuous improvement through pro active thinking. The expectations to myself are to produce a safe quality product for all in a safe and timely manner. I’m a huge believer in lean manufacturing, any little bit helps the company which will then help the employees. In my position I treat everybody as I’d want to be treated, we all have an essential role in the company and we are all people. I take pride in my management skills and feel it makes my employees happier knowing my procedures.
