Personable, hardworking and methodical; with strong communication skills, excellent team working and problem solving skills. My current role in VMware technical support has evolved to work especially with large telco operators and other high profile / high revenue customers. This role closely works with field teams, product management teams, engineering teams and management to resolve blocking issues for our critical customers. My preference is for cloud automation platforms with most of my experience being with the vRealize Suite. Some of most challenging issues come when working with the field teams to resolve complicated automation workflows and helping them to fruition by collaboration. I am a Strong information technology professional with a Degree in Astrophysics focused in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science from University College Cork. Especially interested in solution architect roles or similar within a large Cloud ecosystem.
