Reema Vadoliya

I am a passionate business founder, storyteller, and advocate for inclusion in data. I have extensive experience in data strategy, analytical exploration, data collection, and governance. I’m on a mission to challenge the perception of data as a dreary necessity and draw out the real human stories that organically empower intentional inclusion in data and beyond.After spending seven years taking on multiple data roles, I am launching my new, trailblazing company, People of Data. Through this organisation, I aim to create a world in which data can be used as a springboard for understanding the real people.People of Data provides education and consultancy. We exist to support organisations who provide products and services to people. The goal is to create awareness and change to prioritise looking at data through an inclusive lens to centre the human experience. Throughout my career, I’ve had many valuable interactions that have supported me to develop and excel. I’ve mentored and been a mentee many times and will continue to utilise and celebrate these relationships.
