Regina Chisholm

As a current Sport Psychology & Coaching Science student at Bournemouth University, I am a young, energetic individual who has a keen interest in sports. My degree focuses on the psychology of sport and how it is affected by different elements such as injury. I have 3 years’ experience in swimming teaching however an additional extensive, lifetime knowledge and understanding of the sport due to my first-hand involvement from the age of 4. I am also an aspiring businesswoman. In addition to my teaching and partaking in a number of sports such as athletics and netball; I possess a vast amount of experience within the coaching world specifically in swimming. I have predominately taught a range of sports and activities in the UK, both voluntary and paid work, however I recently travelled abroad to Antigua to share my sporting skills and expertise.
