I am interested in obtaining a project management position with the opportunity to utilize my supervisory, project management, technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. I am currently a Senior Plant Engineer. I am responsible for monitoring and improving the electrical insulating glove manufacturing process by utilizing Six Sigma (DMAIC process), Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Manufacturing tools. I recommend and implement new technology to modify production equipment in order to improve yields, product quality, employee and environmental safety. I design, track, develop scope of works, write specifications, evaluate vendor quotes, and implement all electrical/ instrumentation projects for eight production lines. I frequently meet with upper management to discuss status of capital projects and general daily operation of the production facility. I am self-motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
