I have project delivery experience with AWS, Business Intelligence, Data Lake and ETL.I have extensive experience in Request Intake, Governance, Planning, Execution & Delivery, and Customer Experience. I Interact with C-Suite executives, business stakeholders, project managers, and internal or external resource managers to ensure the alignment of process and resources to ensure delivery of analytic solutions. Key responsibilities: -- Manage the intake process of analytics requests and projects, review business cases and charter, and work with governance organizations to prioritize initiatives -- Lead cross team planning and resourcing efforts for analytics delivery -- Work closely with team members and business requestors to ensure understanding of business need and complete the proper documentation to be brought into the governance processes -- Apply my experience in change management enabling the organizations ability to successfully adapt to new processes and systems -- Be the voice and champion of the customer, helping transform these needs into innovative solutions -- Work with the Analytics organization to build and champion processes -- Collaborate on plans/contracts with stakeholders to drive integration -- Establish or participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of roadmaps -- Conduct market scans and benchmarks to ensure analytics initiatives are correctly being prioritized and delivered -- Drive build-vs-buy decisions in our analytics product development process -- Provides direction to team sprint prioritization and planning activities to ensure alignment with business priorities and analytics strategy -- Maintain constant communication and insight of process to leadership team and other initiative stakeholders
