Remya started working as a part of HR Trainee gaining exposure to the various sub systems of campus and then moved to IT recruitment right from sourcing to end to end recruitment, candidate management. She holds expertise in the area of technical and techno-functional sourcing hiring C level positions across domains and skills. Worked as a part of Sourcing CoE (Center of Excellence) gaining expertise into Social Media recruitment ,Market Intelligence/Mapping and leveraging hiring through non-conventional sources. She also has some exposure to the Employee Referral process.She is now working on highly critical hiring assignments like Open-shift,Cloud-native, Azure,Multi-cloud,etc doing high level engagement with the Stakeholders and candidates and responsible for high risk delivery.
