Maintenance of the IMG (Implementation guide) - Configure Logistics General Module - Configure Materials Management Module - Configure new release strategy for Purchase Requisitions - Configure new release strategy for Purchase orders - Maintenance of workflow tables for release strategies - Create new material types and maintain their attributes - Assign material number ranges. - Configure new Purchasing Organizations, Purchasing Groups, and MRP Controllers - New Plants, Store locations, Material Masters Contracts, Services, Valuation Classes, Messaging and Output determination - New valuation classes Implementation and support of External Services, Procurement, Contracts for Materials and External Services Assistance with day to day enquiries and business process improvement – inclusive of Inventory Management and Purchasing. Sales and Distribution first level support. Training of users in Inventory Management Procurement, Contracts, Services and Physical Inventory modules. Investigation and specification for the development of specific reports especially for the optimum controlling of inventory levels throughout the country. Compile and revise business process procedures in line with Business Blueprint Compile training documentation. Provide Business Analysis needs to Senior Management.
