Rey Tamayo, in an inventor and innovator and currently CEO of ReyNovation, an early stage startup seeking to disrupt the digital advertisement industry through its patent-pending URL Adwords product which aims to rejuvenate AdWords, internet navigation, and social networking, He also consults, mentors, and coaches businesses, focusing primarily in high-tech startups.. With these two and several other businesses under his belt, he is a serial entrepreneur and innovator. Rey has been an entrepreneur at heart ever since his first start-up, a shoeshine business in Cuba at the age of five. Have founded or co-founded 5 startups in my business career. Three of which were sold in early stages, one reaching a $1,000,000 valuation—all were grown without outside funding. He has consulted and managed projects, people, and products for his own companies and client’s companies. Additionally, he has extensive experience consulting in web development, internet marketing, and particularly blogging and content marketing. Because of his Occupational Therapy training he has exceptional ability to coach soft skills for personnel at any level of the organization. Rey graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) which drives his insights into work processes and human nature. He also has two other professional degrees. As an OT, he specialized in work hardening and job task analysis which let rediscover his love of business. Rey always felt drawn to technology. As a self-taught programmer, Mr. Tamayo developed several internal applications including one fashioned after Wal-Mart which created great efficiencies for his then startup.. His passions include inspirational writing, songwriting, and chess. He has written several books and have one successfully selling in Amazon.com. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
