I am Head of Family Law at Morton Fraser. Morton Fraser is an an award winning law firm which employs over 200 people and works with clients in business, the public sector, banking and finance and with individuals and families. I provide Family & Adoption Law Advice, English Services and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for my clients. I am an accredited specialist in family law and an accredited mediator, with extensive experience of dealing with sheriff court and Court of Session litigation. I have a particular interest in dealing with cases which involve an international or cross-Border element.
