Because of my expertise within process elimination, I was ask to train, coach and develop our team leaders and group leaders with this same mindset and skillset. Created visual boards for all Group Leader Development (GLD) so all group leaders were communicating effectively and consistently. This visual board engages all team members to see and be a part of the hourly, daily and weekly success of the department. Resulting in higher production, more personal accountability and better overall morale in the workforce.
