Rhonda Jansen

Mrs. Rhonda Jansen is the CEO and an Executive Vice President of Independent Software, Inc. She brings a unique leadership, perspective, and insight to Independent Software from her experience as a contractor to the Federal Government as well as her associations with business management and security firms. Rhonda has over 28 years of security policy, risk assessment, HIPAA analysis, employment law, and related management experience. She applies these strengths across Independent Software and all its employees. Mrs. Jansen has always been committed to the effective use of Independent Software’s resources and Information Technology to benefit all branches of the military and defense contracting agencies. Rhonda worked more than 17 years contracting with the Federal Government Intelligence Community as an executive manager, technical security lead, personnel security manager, and human resource manager. Wanting to have more control over the quality of service provided to the Intelligence Community, Rhonda co-founded Independent Software with a vision to create a company that delivered exceptional service and results while building client relationships founded on mutual respect and trust.
