Rhonda Rothert

Rhonda has over 30 years’ experience administratively with software, technology and customer service. Over the course of her career, she has been committed to customer satisfaction by maintaining a close relationship with her clients. As Client Relationship Manager for the GYF ERP Solutions Group, Rhonda works with her clients on their maintenance and support issues for NetSuite and Sage solutions, any product questions and pricing, and general communications on software and services. Her dedication to customer service fosters great working relationships that have presented the GYF ERP Solutions Group with many opportunities to do business. Prior to joining Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP, Rhonda worked for a French-owned software company where she was an Administrator in the Human Resource Department. While there, she managed all internal and external communications along with bureaucratic operations. These operations were vital to the proper functioning of the company and allowed for effective business relations. In addition, she also worked for Bender Consulting Services, Inc. A consulting firm that placed people with disabilities in competitive career opportunities in the public and private sector. While there, she conducted interviews for possible hiring, screened candidates and worked alongside the hiring staff in an effort to grow the company. Being the sole employee conducting initial interviews, Rhonda was a valuable asset to the company and set the stage for further company growth. Rhonda lives in O’Hara Township with her husband Mark. She has three sons; Travis, who graduated from Ohio State University and is in the Navy as an Arabic interpreter, Troy, who graduated from Duquesne University and is an Analytics Associate for Hiperos and Trent who is attending University of Dayton.
