A motivated, industrious individual with experience in sales team & operational management, with strong client facing and administration skills. While working with CCA International (UK office) I was given full autonomy to launch a new campaign for the BT (British telecom) contract. During this time I implemented process changes which increased sales volume, productivity and quality within my team. Developed coaching tools, coaching techniques, documentation and new data control systems, which turned around an underperforming campaign and brought it back to profitability. Thus proving to be self-motivated organised and a passionate employee focused on achieving company goals. Now seeking to respond to new challenges, which will utilise the organisational and communication skills developed while managing sales teams in a high pressure telesales environment
