Like the two sides of the same coin, I support the technical team to make the technical project to become a bankable commercial product through the definition of an intellectual property protection strategy, the creation of a realistic business model, a comprehensive go-to-market roadmap and the value chain key partners & suppliers engagement. All the above in the end, aimed to achieve private & public funding to finance the project development & scale up and ultimately, to monetize through the commercial deployment of the technology in the market for the society.
