In my career I had the pleasure of working in important international brands, innovative and with a strong character. The structures in which I worked are part of the most luxury networks like Virtuoso, FHR, Mr&Mrs Smith, and brands like Preferred Hotels & Resort, Armani, Small Luxury Hotel, and in most cases were assessed by LQA with emotional assessment. I am an experienced user of Opera PMS, but well oriented in operate with new innovative solutions. Experienced user with most of the quality analysis web systems like Review Pro, Medallia, Revinate, etc. With which I conduct analysis on the brand awareness and guest's perception and create action plans with all departments in order to constantly improve the weaknesses. I am an enthusiastic motivator and I always look for innovative solutions to improve communication and optimize operational processes.
