My relevant qualifications include my B.S. In Business Administration with a primary emphasis in Management Information Systems. I started a business where I planned, designed, and implemented an entire IT infrastructure for a local government parks and recreation district in Oroville California, which I still run today.At my daily position I am the Vmware/Nimble/Veeam Administrator. Upon arrival the senior most analyst left after 8 years, that left me 4 months new, I quickly adopted everything and had steep learning curve. With my knack for QA I found flaws in the way in which the backup, replication and fail-over systems were operating. While management thought this was correctly in place for 4+ year, I was quickly tasked as project manager for the redesign of the backup, replication and fail-over infrastructure. I am also the Project manager for our SSO solution that is being deployed to 500+ employees and 700+ PC's. I also completed my CompTIA Network + certification. At Ampla Health I was project manager who also installed and managed our entire Aerohive wireless infrastructure (no dead spots), I designed an employee website and help-desk, that provided technical and software support to clinical staff. I have been through 2 entire implementation of EHR systems, I was project manager for Ampla’s entire printer fleet conversion, our windows xp to windows 7 upgrade, and our in house backup solution. I was also project manager tasked to find a solution to move HR from a paper to a paperless system. I have 20+ years of customer service, 5+ years of management experience, and 2 1/2 years as been a business owner. My ability to communicate between technical and non-technical staff comes easy. Finally, with my skill set, love for anything IT, teaching, and people I am a valuable addition to any organization.
