I balance roles as Project Manager / Account Manager / Solution Design / Business Development, currently focusing on the eCommerce and Logistics Outsourcing industry. Experienced in primarily Consumer Goods, HighTech products, and Fashion eCommerce solutions. All are highly competitive industries and focus on lean, efficient solutions to maximise Consumer satisfaction while balancing a profitable outsourcing model. My position is primarily an interface, managing the customer, the Subject Matter Experts who design solutions, and the team who will use the solutions day-to-day. Finding a balance between these parties is key while ensuring Management are kept in the loop and expectations are managed. I have a strong interest in all things 'technology', from the potentials of logistics automation to the Connected Home. The potentials for integrating this into the Supply Chain is a particular interest and I've worked on projects such as integrating RFID into warehouses, optimizing warehouse storage with BI, and automating workflows through a warehouse.
