Richard Ploeg

I am a senior design engineer experienced in developing cable harnesses and hose bundles from concept to production with keen eye for integrating these assemblies into products and machines. My responsibilities in multi disciplinary teams were to development electrical components and the mechanical design of the harness in consumer products My background includes a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master degree Integrated Product Design. I've been working in a dynamic and fast paced environment for the past nine years. My contribution to complex projects can be found in problem analysis, identification of solutions and aligning involved teams to realise the right solution on time. I have a drive to deliver the best product experience to a customer by integrating technology in a way where the whole product is greater than the sum of its parts.
