I am an experienced automotive leader with almost 18 years experience in the automotive industry and 6 years experience in retail prior to that. I am also a martial arts instructor with over 30 years experience in Karate. I have run some of the world's largest car showrooms and some of the world's most luxurious. I have led small teams to huge teams and broken records in every role I've experienced. I have extensive experience in leadership and management, sales, retail, finance, training, compliance, process and project management, product development, product management, marketing, CRM, DMS and even cinematography and film making in the automotive industry with many brands across 2 continents. I now manage training and compliance on a national level for Lamborghini Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in the world's largest Lamborghini distributor and currently manage the digital transformation amongst other exciting projects. Before this role, I headed up training, compliance, product development and customer experience for 4 brands on a national level, in the largest.luxury automotive group in the region, from designing course structure to training material (classroom, VCT, coaching, video, eLearning), TNA, delivering training to all roles including senior management, managing dealer standards and customer satisfaction programs to working on future product lineups and specifications. I work closely with sales, marketing, aftersales and the digital teams to deliver world-class standards. I pride myself on people management and communication as well as driving behaviour and growth & development of others and my high level of EQ allows me to do so professionally. Individualisation is my key to success - I work people to their strengths and use mine to achieve my goals. For me, nothing less than 100% is acceptable. My career is always about reaching for the stars, driving KPI's, achieving goals and smashing targets through in-depth analysis, strategic planning and people management mixed with strong leadership qualities. I'm always aiming up and can get bored easily when not challenged on different levels. I have proven that both sales volume and quality can be combined along with outstanding levels of customer experience. For me, success is just the beginning...
