Rick Craig

Retired at UPS! Rick Craig has over thirty five years with United Parcel Service applying his knowledge of financial operations and Network Optimization to both internal operations and external clients throughout the United States and Globally. He is currently working within the Supply Chain Optimization group within the Customer Solutions Group providing cost saving solutions to customers in the areas of financial justification for engagements and the strategic operating plan for logistical redesign. In addition, Rick has the responsibility of new product research and training and development of resources within the Supply Chain Optimization Group Rick is experienced with UPS financial and transportation software as well as external models specially designed for reengineering distribution networks. He has developed transportation and financial models that recommend practical, actionable solutions that are fiscally sound to his clients. His knowledge identifies best practices, highlights areas for potential savings and opportunities for service level adjustments using UPS and third party transportation companies to better service his clients.
