My business is W.R. Flater General Contractor, LLC. We have been in business since 1998. We are a Severna Park based company that serves Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas. Some of the services we provide are carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, landscaping and handyman services. Our customer base consists of residential and commercial clients seeking a contractor capable of performing multifaceted projects. Kitchen, bath and basement renovations are our specialty. We also perform services for a variety of real estate agencies for their clients who are in need of home repairs prior to the listing of their property, clients who have had home inspections performed and deficiencies were noted, as well as property management related issues. Our company is also a certified 203k contractor. The 203k program is where an individual can roll in the cost of repairs into their mortgage and have those repairs completed prior to moving into the property. The 203k is typically an entire house renovation project. At W.R. Flater General Contractor, we strive for customer satisfaction.
