Rick Jimenez

I am a Senior Software Engineer, a Senior Systems Administrator and an ERP Specialist with 18 years of experience with PeopleSoft, SalesForce.com and IFS applications, as well as OBIEE, Java, C++ and other web technologies. I have also acquired expertise administering N-Tier environments: web servers, application servers and databases (both Windows and UNIX). I am known among my teammates as a highly skilled engineer, with the ability to grasp complex technical situations, who also knows how to be a charismatic team leader. I am a personable and talented communicator, who has broad experience working with customers in stressful situations, and also works well alone. I have a Master's Degree in Computer Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Systems both from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico. In addition, I am now working towards obtaining the Project Management Professional Certification from the PMI. In my spare time I dance salsa, practice Bikram yoga and meditation to stay present and in the now.
