Rico Fuelle is a Senior Consultant with over 10 years of IT experience and very sound knowledge in IT Service Management. He is a certified ITIL Expert v3 and has obtained certification in Cobit5 Foundation and Prince2 Foundation. He has developed extensive skills in IT Service Management through various national and international projects for a global player in the automotive industry. In addition, he had also been involved in projects within the optical industry.
