Rico TLC Rozier

Greetings all, My name is Rico Rozier and I am an Alumnus from Florida International University where I received my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. After graduation, I began working as a Business Education Instructor for an inner city middle school in Miami, FL for the past year. Life after college has made me realize that I am here on Earth to serve a purpose and show that if I can become someone then so can you. In Fall of 2020, I continued my education at FIU as a graduate student where I will receive my Masters of Science in Adult Education and Human Resource Development in the summer of 2022. I hope to expand my passion in Education and in the Human Resource field for future endeavors. In the future, I want to open up a human resource development facility that will provide the services of training and enhancing the knowledge for upcoming professionals. Also, I want to open up a non-profit organization for high school students to prepare them for life and college after high school. Through Linkedin, I hope to connect and network with a multitude of professionals around the world that share the same goals as myself in hopes to find a organization that tailors to my skillset and growth.
