Customer services have developed in to a passion over the years. The reason being I always enjoyed contributing to the success of the organization, sharing ideas, learning more and working on innovative and creative ideas. My work experience has given me numerous opportunities to utilize my skills and globalize my ideas in achieving the objectives of the organization. I consider myself a decision maker, well organized, resourceful and result oriented with flair in making quick and sensible decisions, independently and as a member of a team.
