I am an experienced reputation management and external communications professional. I work as a part of the global external communications team at Boston Consulting Group. We work with the business to create communication strategies that engage with stakeholders to help explain to the world the value and importance of our work and protect the firm's reputation. In my career, I have advised large corporates and funds on reputation management, media relations, private market transactions, capital markets communications and multichannel & stakeholder campaigns. I specialise in crisis communications, issues management and crisis preparedness (playbooks, crisis training & simulations). In addition, I have provided communications counsel on cyber breaches, regulatory investigations, HR issues, corporate affairs and litigations during my career. My sector experience has predominantly focused on businesses in the professional services, technology, financial services, real estate and healthcare sectors.
