With over 12 years of experience in program management, digital lending, and strategic partnership development, I am the Head of Digital Partnerships for the MSME segment at IndusInd Bank, one of India's leading private sector banks. My mission is to enable and empower small and medium enterprises with innovative and accessible digital lending solutions that meet their diverse and dynamic needs.In my previous roles at Paytm and YES BANK, I managed growth for the lending business through strategic partnerships and alliances across consumer and merchant lending products, achieving multiple milestones such as launching new products, scaling up existing ones, and increasing user retention and satisfaction. I have also acquired and demonstrated skills in process improvement, customer relationship management, stakeholder management, digital advisory, and business enablement strategy. I am passionate about leveraging technology, data, and partnerships to create value and impact for customers, businesses, and society.
